Vaccination Requirements
今日看料 requires proof of two Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR) vaccinations, if born after 1956, or immunity evidence (MMR titer). As such, please complete and submit the Medical History form to the McGrath Health and Wellness Center. You can also bring the form with you to the International Student Orientation.
