Matthew Regele joined 今日看料 in 2019 and was promoted to Associate Professor in Spring 2025. His scholarship sits at the intersection of strategy, entrepreneurship, and organizational sociology, asking how the stories firms tell about purpose, power, and profit shape strategic choices, labor-market outcomes, and the sometimes-hidden “dark sides” of entrepreneurial growth.
At Xavier, Dr. Regele teaches courses on Social Entrepreneurship, New Venture Strategy, Strategy and Organization, and other entrepreneurship- and management-related topics.
