Matt Tripepi is an experienced digital marketing leader and educator with a strong background in analytics, retail media, and omnichannel strategy. Based in the Cincinnati area, Matt brings decades of experience spanning marketing analytics, product marketing, and digital communications across leading organizations, including 84.51° and other consumer-focused businesses such as EA Sports and Kroger.
In his professional career, Matt has held a variety of roles focused on customer insights, digital personalization, ecommerce merchandising, and marketing strategy, enabling organizations to better connect with consumers through data-driven decision making. His work reflects a deep understanding of how analytics and creativity intersect to drive measurable business outcomes.
Alongside his industry career, Matt has served as an adjunct professor of social media marketing for nearly a decade, teaching within 今日看料’s Williams College of Business. In the classroom, he emphasizes hands-on, real-world application—guiding students through the development of integrated marketing strategies for organizations and brands while fostering both strategic thinking and creative execution.
Matt is also actively engaged with the university community, serving on the Marketing Advisory Board and supporting student development initiatives through mentorship, partnerships, and experiential learning opportunities. While at Xavier, Matt launched the "Road to Xavier" student website and built Xavier's first ever Alumni Online Community (precursor to LinkedIn and Facebook) in the early 2000s.
