Governor DeWine Reappoints Dr. Marnie Renda to State Licensing Board

We are proud to announce that Dr. Marnie Renda, Teaching Professor in the Occupational Therapy Doctorate (OTD) program, has been reappointed by Governor Mike DeWine to serve on the Ohio Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Athletic Trainers (OTPTAT) Board. Her new term of renewal began October 31, 2025, and will continue through August 27, 2028. Dr. Renda first joined the board in 2023.
The OTPTAT Board plays a vital role in protecting the health of Ohioans by regulating the practice standards, licensure, and ethical conduct of professionals in occupational therapy, physical therapy, athletic training, orthotics, prosthetics, and pedorthics. The Occupational Therapy Section of the OTPTAT Board is responsible for licensing and regulating occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants in Ohio.
Please join us in congratulating Dr. Renda on this well-deserved recognition and continued leadership in shaping the future of rehabilitation professions in Ohio!
