Shelter Case Manager: Bethany House Services is seeking a compassionate, organized, and trauma-informed Case Manager to support families experiencing homelessness in our residential shelter. The Case Manager will carry a caseload of 12–15 families and provide comprehensive, strengths-based, and housing-focused services that promote safety, stability, and long-term self-sufficiency. The ideal candidate is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with experience working with families, public and private funded programs, and Job and Family Services (JFS) systems.

School Based Dependently Licensed Therapist (LSW or LPC): Job Responsibilities - Psychosocial Assessment - Under supervision of a LISW-S or LPCC-S, performs psychosocial assessments taking into consideration family, social, and medical history. Maintains current knowledge of medical and mental health diagnoses. Report suspicions of abuse and neglect to legally mandated authorities for investigations. Completes documentation with accuracy and clarity.

Family Support Worker: Maintain a caseload of 20-25 participants and assist them in achieving their parenting and child development goals while removing barriers. Maintain a minimum of twice a month in person contacts with the participants for an average of 44 appointments per month lasting 25 minutes minimum and document case notes. Record participant progress towards goals in all required databases and program documents within 7 days of contact. Conduct screenings and assessments based on program requirements. Provide internal and external referral services. Maintain working knowledge of SMCS programs to successfully navigate connections through the family-centered care model and provide outreach to community and families.
